How to turn on Goals and Projects in Atlassian, with Rovo
In Atlassian Administration, open Apps and switch on Goals and Projects for your site, then add both apps to AI settings so Rovo can draft updates. About 5 minutes. You need to be an organisation or site admin.
Before you start
You need to be an organisation or site admin. Rovo drafting needs a Standard, Premium or Enterprise plan.

Open Atlassian Administration
Go to admin.atlassian.com and choose your organisation.

Open Apps
Click Apps in the top menu, then find the platform apps (Goals and Projects) for your site.

Switch on Goals and Projects
Turn on Goals and Projects for your site. They are off by default.

Open AI settings
Under Apps, open AI settings, then AI-enabled apps.

Add Goals and Projects
Add the Goals and Projects apps to the AI-enabled list and activate them. Rovo can now draft goal and project updates.
If it does not work
You cannot see Apps or AI settings. You are not an organisation admin. Ask one to do this, or to make you an admin.
AI settings will not let you add the apps. The Free plan has no Rovo. Upgrade the site to Standard or start a Standard trial.
