Stop collecting feedback from five places

It arrives by email, in Slack, over WhatsApp, in a Word document full of screenshots, and on a call you half remember. Two of them contradict each other. One reviewed a version you already replaced. Then somebody asks what was actually approved, and nobody can say.

Without Pinafly

You are the merge tool

You copy five inboxes into one document, guess which note replaced which, and chase the two people who never replied. The record is your memory.

With Pinafly

One link, and every answer on it

Everyone comments on the pages themselves. Each person answers for themselves, with a note, and you can see who still hasn't. Nothing to merge.

One review, start to finish

1 · Send one link

Capture the pages you need looked at, name the people who have to look, add a note and a due date. Everyone gets the same link.

Staging and logged-in pages too
captured from your browser

2 · They comment and discuss

They open it in a browser with no password and nothing installed, click the thing they mean, and say what's wrong. Replies and agreement land on the pin.

3 · Each of them answers

Approved, or changes requested, with a note. One answer per person, nobody speaking for anybody else. You see who still owes you one and remind them in a click.

Watch it happen

Scroll. This is the whole loop.

1 · Capture

The page, exactly as they saw it

One click captures the live page: layout, state, the lot. Not a screenshot, a real page you can still scroll, select, and pin.

2 · Feedback

Pins land where the problem is

Reviewers click the thing they mean and say so: numbered, anchored, no account. The sweep bar walks you pin to pin; J and K do it from the keyboard.

3 · Chat

The thread lives on the pin

Replies, markdown, agreement, right where the problem sits. Hand the pin to whoever has to fix it; they get one email, not a subscription.

4 · Done

Resolved, on the record

The fix ships, the pin flips, the author hears about it. The page keeps the whole conversation: proof of what changed and why.

Your site keeps changing. The review shouldn't.

You keep shipping while they review. On a live site the first reviewer and the last one see different pages, and comments end up pointing at buttons you already moved. A review sits on the pages exactly as you sent them, for as long as you need it.

Everyone saw the same thing

The pages hold still

Every comment points at what its author actually meant, whatever you deploy next.

Staging, previews, logged-in screens

No credentials to share

Captured from your own browser, so a client with no account and no VPN still reviews the page behind your login.

Two months later

What was approved is a link

Every answer, its note, and the pages as reviewed with their capture times. Print the lot.

Questions we'd ask too

What exactly do you store?

The page's own HTML, made self-contained, with every image downscaled and re-encoded. No video or audio is ever captured, by design and not by plan tier.

What happens when the page changes?

Nothing moves under the comments. Reviewers comment on the page exactly as you captured it, so every pin keeps pointing at what they meant, whatever you ship next.

Do reviewers need an account?

No. The people you invite open your link and they're in: no password, nothing to install, and their comments carry their name. Anyone else with the link can comment under a name they type.

Is anything public or indexed?

No. Every page is private to the people with the link or the people you invite, and none of them are indexed by search engines.
